When will I receive my order?

Order processing time

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days; please note that we are closed weekends and all Canadian statutory holidays including the week between Christmas and New Years.

If you paid with Affirm, your order could be delayed by 2+ business days for verification and processing.

If an item on your order is backordered or out of stock, we’ll let you know within 2 business days and will keep you updated as more info is received.

You will receive an email notification when your order is placed, and again when it has shipped including tracking info if applicable. For special orders or items marked “out of stock”, you will be provided with an estimated ship date within 2 business days of placing your order. 

You can review your order status any time or retrieve the tracking number by visiting My Account. To view or cancel your order please visit Orders.Most orders can be cancelled before the product has shipped.

Business days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding statutory holidays within Canada.

Multiple shipments

To better serve our customers, we use inventory from warehouses across Canada. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, or as products become available. You will receive separate emails with any applicable tracking number(s) as products ship. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.

Tracking orders

If an item on your order is backordered or out of stock, we’ll let you know within 2 business days and will keep you updated as more info is received. We aim to ship your order within 2 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to be shipped. This email will tell you which items are being shipped, your tracking number, and a link to the carrier site. To track the shipment, please click Track located in the Tracking Information. To track a shipped order at Wacom Store Canada, sign-in to your account, then look for your order number under Orders to find the tracking info.

Curbside pickup

Please note that curbside pickup is only available at our Vancouver location.

If you chose Vancouver curbside pickup, we aim to have your order ready in 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at 1485 Venables St. Vancouver, BC. There is free 2-hour street parking out front on Venables St. Please buzz the intercom to the left of the front door and someone on our team will greet you.

Return policy

Returns for new items purchased within 14 days of your delivery date may be refunded or exchanged. Submit a return request

Return requests must be submitted here to be considered. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Wacom Store Canada. Wacom Canada reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Wacom Canada will respect any additional return rights that you may have under applicable provincial laws, including any refund rights with respect to purchases made at Wacom Store Canada.

Shipping options

Wacom Canada offers free shipping for orders over $50
*Some oversized or sale/clearance items may have additional shipping costs which will be automatically added to your order at checkout.
**Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas not serviced by standard ground deliveries.

Most orders will ship via Fedex Ground, UPS, or Purolator. You will receive your tracking number and carrier info by email when your order ships.

Nibs and some accessories will ship via Canada Post and will not include a tracking number. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Curbside pickup is available at our Vancouver office only. If you have selected curbside pickup as your shipping option, you’ll be notified when its ready for pickup.
