Limited Warranties

For individual Wacom products other than software, Wacom warrants those products pursuant to the terms of the limited warranty that accompanies the product. Please refer to Wacom’s warranties page for more information.

Wacom software is licensed “AS IS” and with all faults. Wacom makes no warranty with respect to its quality or performance. Wacom cannot guarantee you uninterrupted service or the correction of any errors.

Here’s what you need to know to get your product fixed:

Warranty Repairs

Your Wacom product comes with a Limited Warranty. That means Wacom will determine whether your product needs to be repaired or if they need to replace the defective product or parts. Wacom warranty repairs and replacements for the amount of time that’s left on your original Limited Warranty or for 90 days, whichever period is longer.

For warranty support repairs, follow these steps:

Their team will help diagnose the issue with your product and determine if they can resolve the problem with their repair service.

2. If Wacom finds an issue which can be repaired, they’ll want you to send your product to their repair facility. They will ask for a valid proof of purchase or Wacom order number, so contact us if you need that info. Your Customer Support representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. When you ship the product, make sure you include your name, address and telephone number. Please also write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label.

4. Once Wacom receives your product, their service team will work to turn it around as quickly as possible. Expect to see a UPS tracking number via email once your product is on its way back to you.

Non-Warranty Repairs

For non-warranty repairs, please follow the same steps outlined above for warranty repairs. If you choose to proceed with the repair once Wacom has diagnosed it, they will collect payment and provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Once Wacom receives your product, they will repair it within 10 business days.
