Only devices that satisfy a final quality assurance inspection are made available for sale as an Open Box Device. However, packaging and devices may have slight cosmetic wear, but performance remains unaffected.

Same-Day Vancouver Pickup Policy
Same-day pickup is available in Vancouver for in-stock items on orders received and processed by 2:00 PM PST. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and location details.
Shipping Options
Shipping is available for customers unable to pick up in Vancouver, BC. To request shipping, please contact us for rates or add a note to your online order. We’ll provide a separate invoice for the shipping cost before your order is sent out.
