Open Box Devices
Wacom Canada Open Box devices are pre-owned Wacom products that have been subjected to the standard quality assurance check process prior to being offered for sale. This includes inspection and cleaning so as to ensure that the device meets Wacom’s rigorous quality standards. Only devices that satisfy a final quality assurance inspection are made available for sale as an Open Box Device. However, packaging and devices may have slight cosmetic wear, but performance remains unaffected.
Open Box Devices come with Wacom‘s full manufacturer warranty which begins on the date of your invoice. The products are non-refundable through Wacom Canada, but they are covered by the applicable Wacom warranty policy. To find out more about Wacom‘s warranty policies, please click here.
Same-Day Vancouver Pickup Policy
Same-day pickup is available in Vancouver for in-stock items on orders received and processed by 2:00 PM PST. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and location details.
Shipping Options
Shipping is available for customers unable to pick up in Vancouver, BC. To request shipping, please contact us for rates or add a note to your online order. We’ll provide a separate invoice for the shipping cost before your order is sent out.
