Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept the product back within 14 days. You can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one (not applicable on all items, please see below):

  • Custom builds
  • Special orders (e.g. something that is not in stock that we are ordering just for you)
  • Software
  • Oversized or overweight items
  • Discontinued products
  • “Used” or refurbished items
  • Personal items (e.g. earphones)
  • Authorization keys

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received including all accessories and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Please contact us with your order number and information if you would like to request a return, or if you have any questions about the process or policy.

After 14 days:

In case of an approved return or exchange, please note that you would be responsible for shipping the product back to our office/warehouse. Additional restocking fees may apply. More detailed instructions would of course be provided to help you in this process.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact Wacom customer support right away.

They will determine if the unit needs to be replaced or repaired and then they will provide a Ticket Number/ RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please note only the Wacom customer support team can authorize a repair or a replacement.

If the unit is within the warranty period, the warranty will cover one way shipping. For units outside warranty, you will need to cover both ways shipping.

Order cancellation

You may request a change or cancellation to your order provided it has not already been processed and shipped. Because we make an effort to process your order as quickly as possible, a change may not always be possible. Please contact us to request changes. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees.
